Salahuddin bakery is one of the popular bakery shop in the town... and we decided to take this bakery shop as our benchmark for Entrepreneur's assignments. As you all know, this bakery shop was formed since 1937. The uniqueness of this bakery is they offering various types of breads with baked traditionally using charcoal. We feel very lucky because the owner of this bakery shop invited us to come and see how they make their breads from make a dough until they bake the breads with the charcoal..and for your information, they make a breads from 12:00 am until 4:00 am. So, we take a chance to see how they make a breads and baked with this traditionally ways.
